Using Merge Cubes in the Classroom

What is a merge cube? Have you thought about using them in the classroom?

Sue Carter, CSER Project Officer, tackled these matters earlier this week in the first webinar of the latest CSER Webinar Series.

What could Augmented Reality (AR) look like in your school? In this introductory session Sue explores more about teaching with the Merge Cube. You will be able to dive into the Merge apps - Object Viewer and Merge Explorer and hold virtual objects in the palm of your hand.

If you missed the webinar, the recording is available on the CSER YouTube Channel together with the presentation slides to help you find all of the free resources available to use with Merge Cubes. You can also view the video below.

If you would like the opportunity to borrow a Merge Cube kit from the CSER National Lending Library please register your interest via this link: bit.ly/Merge-Library

Sue is delivering Part 2 of the Merge Cube webinar exploration by looking at how you can create your own augmented reality creations using CoSpaces and Tinkercad. Please join us on 12th October for this event by registering via this link: bit.ly/CSER-Webinar-Merge2
