2024 has been a very big year for the CSER Team. We hit several milestones, having now exceeded over 50,000 participants across our programs since we began with a small pilot ten years ago! That pilot expanded to a national program of professional learning delivery to educators across Australia aligned to the then newly formed Australian Curriculum: Digital Technologies (DT).

A busy end to 2024 with the Maths in Schools team.
Our Maths in Schools team have been busy attending and presenting at numerous end of year conferences and events around the country in recent weeks, including Digicon for Digital Learning and Teaching Victoria (DLTV), the Mathematical Association of Victoria (MAV) conference, the Mathematical Association of Western Australia (MAWA) conference and the South Australia STEM conference.

Success at Koli Calling!
Congratulations to CSER’s Associate Professor Nick Falkner and Dr Rebecca Vivian on their recent success at Koli Calling 2024. Nick and Rebecca won Best Poster for their concept of a computer science education research card game.
